Marsha is currently applied at an ABA clinic as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Marsha has a history of good employee evaluations, excellent attendance, and is very good at working with tough cases. Lately, Marsha has been struggling to collect data and has been using her phone during instructional time. As the director of the clinic this has been brought to your attention by several employees. You observe informally multiple times and conclude that something isn’t right. How should you proceed? How would you handle the situation?
