Compare or contrast two job opportunities or specialization

1. Job Opportunities: Only for those who have not written on this already!!!

Purpose: To evaluate by comparing or contrasting two majors or opportunities within your field. You may decide one option is more appropriate for you, or you may remain undecided after researching the options. Your two sources will be articles from the Montgomery College Library database ‘Ferguson’s Career Guidance Center’. You may also use the U.S. Department of Labor Statistics found in the same database (if you need a refresher on getting into those databases, let me know).

Topic: Compare or contrast two job opportunities or specializations in the field you wish to study. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each one? You will need to research job placement #’s, salaries, etc…in order to be sufficiently detailed. Are they equally good areas to enter, or is one superior to the other? If you have not yet decided on a major, please use two majors you are considering.
