A: After a long, tedious search, I finally found a number-crunching software program. Number Cruncher Statistical Systems or NCSS, for short, is a software program used by the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs. The tasks the programs permit the user to do statistical data analysis, procedures, calculations, and graphics. It also allows the user to import data files, copy and paste data, and complete data entry through the actual software program for procedure analysis.
