Conflict assessment

This paper is supposed to be a 13 page analysis of conflict theory models and how they apply to personal real world conflict. The conflicts don’t have to be real however it does have to match with which ever conflict model you’re analyzing as well as to be considered personal issues resolved or unresolved. The instructions are labelled and numbered with discussion points which pretty much map out the entire paper. This requires formal text and academic references.
