1. Topic : Current best practice for organizational change (or anything similar to organizational change you wish to undertake)
2. 15 References to which 2 amongst must come from the two ebooks attached.
3. Plagiarism free
4. Abstract must contain minimum 250 words
5. All references used must have a DOI to it.
6. Writing should strictly follow APA 7th edition including headings
7. The topic (refer to item 1 above) about organizational change must contain at least examples from three real world cases
