Identify some of your own values and beliefs that might be seen as bias by others. Do you have any strong beliefs that might inhibit your ability to remain objective? If so, what tools will you use to suppress those beliefs to provide a non-judgmental treatment plan? How might a case manager need to prepare to assist a client with a disability? What values or possible biases or prejudices might you have that would affect your ability to serve a disabled client?
