Environmental Genetrification

I want this research essay paper to speak about environmental gentrification and how it is affecting the less fortunate communities. I want this paper to focus on 2 case studies that show how environmental gentrification changed the neighborhood as well as what solutions were found to mediate it. I also want to use the sources in the files above to be cited (MLA) throughout the essay and define what environmental gentrification is and why it relates to the case studies being discussed. There can be another paragraph to give more background information about why environmental gentrification is important to talk about. I gave out an outline of the essay but it doesn’t need to be followed and the thesis can be reworked as well.
