FINAL Capstone Study

SUBMIT the final Capstone study to your professor on the due date (INCLUDE WORK FROM WEEKS 2, 4, and 6). This final study should address all comments and suggested revisions provided throughout the term. The study should be double-spaced, in 12-point Arial or Times New Roman, with 1-inch margins, and in APA format.

The final Capstone study must include:

1. Chapters 1-5
2. A title page
3. An abstract
4. Table of contents
5. References
6. An appendix for your survey questions or interview questions.
7. Research survey questions/interview questions
8. Survey results must be displayed in a table, charts, graphs, or percentage format

A 25-page minimum (not including the title page, abstract, table of contents, references, survey/interview questions, survey results, and appendix(s)) will be strictly enforced.
