Final Collaboration on Risk Management Plan

Collaborating with your team members, assign responsibility for individual sections of the plan; these will be the final versions of each risk plan component- RBS, risk register, qualitative analysis (example- heatmap), quantitative analysis (example, tree diagram). These sections will be included in your final team report and team presentation. For each section, individually write a first draft and then discuss the draft with your team members. You will finalize this for module 6.
