Hazard Mitigation Plan

For Week 6, using the community/county/state hazard mitigation plan you chose in Week 5 and the hazard, continue with the same information and answer the following questions in your first post

1. Are social vulnerabilities discussed/addressed in the plan that you chose to discuss?

2. Are structural and non-structural mitigation elements addressed in the plan you have chosen to discuss?

3. To what degree will the mitigation measure(s) reduce the hazard/vulnerability risk?

4. Highlight any other points/issues discussed in the plan that relate to the points made by Cutter (2006) and Laska and Morrow (2007) commenting in particular on the issue of social vulnerability and how it can influence outcomes.
