As I am going to explain you now, exercise has been found to be as effective as medication preventing heart disease but not all exercise is good, some even contribute to creating heart problems! The heart is similar to other muscles, it needs work in order to stay strong, but not too much that it gets worn out the biggest difference between the heart is that if other muscles fatigue you do not die!
