Hello! I need help for the following java code. It reads data from a file (.tsp) and save them into an array using TSP Nearest Neighbor heuristic algorithm. When i run it, it show correct the .tsp file and it doesn’t show neither the data in an array nor the best solution. I upload the java code and the file that i use (ulysses16.tsp from TSPlib).

What am I doing wrong in the code?
