Each student will choose an interactive system product and choose two data collection techniques to use to evaluate the product (as described in Table 8.1). Include the questions if using an interview, focus group, or questionnaire. If doing an observation, describe in detail how you would conduct a direct or indirect observation. Explain how you will analyze the data you will collect and the pros and cons to the technique you selected. Quantitative surveys must have a minimum of 5 questions, qualitative surveys must have a minimum of three questions. Observations must use at least two collection methods. Length should be between 2-3 pages, which does not include the cover sheet, references, or copies of the surveys
