write in the 3rd person first.
pick a clinical scenario that was good clinical example or if you were involved in a behaviour of concern. You then need to reflect on this before you write.
What was it that occured, what is good practice or good model of the approach, what is the Mental health nurses role in this type of scenario and what is consumer perspective, how do they feel if in this situation.
You need to look at what the evidence(peer reviewed articles) is telling you.
what would be best practice or the best model that you as a nurse should expect from the scenario
For example it may be an example of good practice, you would then look at the literature and report on the consumer perspectives on this as well.

Clinical scenario is as below –
While on mental health placement, a 74 y/o female brought in by her family with GAD (Generalised anxiety disorder), MDD (Major depressive disorder) with a history of agitation, and aggression. One day she suddenly has thrown the lunch tray on the wall in her room and nurses went towards the noise as soon as, they heard it. The patient was very agitated and aggressive. The way nurses dealt with it and how it made the mental health clinical placement interesting and learning are explained below. Most of the time patients get aggressive to express their feeling or to take their frustration out. It is very necessary to build up a therapeutic relationship with the client, so he can trust the nurses.
