Menu Comparison Assignment

Learning Objective: Compare the food and drink habits of various cultures.

Examine the relationship of wine and/or other beverages and food and how they compare to different cultural rituals or events.

Compare a dining experience from your own cultural background to that of another culture. You may consider a wedding, a birthday, a national holiday/festival or one of your own choosing. Feel free to be creative. Compare this event to a cultural dining event from another culture.

Compared with the event, I prefer to choose the wedding (Chinese and Western cultural differences may be better described?).
