Putting all the weeks project proposal together

It’s already completed but I have received a request that additional information is needed to be added regarding work breakdown and the risk assessment to building and running a childcare center . Also, the instructor has stated that it needs to be in the third person it seems that it’s still in the first person point of view. I will enclose the paper and the sample template the instructor requested me to use.
