Parties Reading Reaction:
Write a structured response to the following prompt, 1 double spaced page in readable 12pt font and one inch margins.
Both parties, in 2016 and 2020, had presidential candidates run (with varying success) that were seen as anti-establishment (Sanders and Trump). Is there a lesson to be learned about party strength in the fact that that on the Democratic side, Sanders got support and even won some primaries, but ultimately fell short, while on the Republican side, Trump won his primaries fairly handily? In other words, is Azari’s argument about the American party system correct?
