Risk Management

Having just read the chapter on the Risk Management knowledge area, you should have an understanding of just how important it is to manage risk or risk will manage you. Experiencing the current pandemic should give you some perspecitve on the way in which projects and organizations can be impacted…..especially if they have not taken any proactive measures to prepare for such an incident. Hopefully, this experience will motivate our project managers, company/industry leaders and government officials to take steps to better prepare for such scenarios.

For this quiz, you will define the measures (a minimum of 5) that you think Syracuse University should take in the future to be better prepared for the next pandemic.

The document should be 1-2 pages in length plus a cover page and a page to cite your sources (if needed). Note the the document should be single-spaced, using size 12 font with standard 1″ margins. Please submit the document in PDF format. This quiz will be worth 5 points and grades will be assigned based on your inclusion of the above listed criteria as well as the appearance of the document.
