The last individual project is to be complete the lessons learned template for Project X. Use the issues that arose in each case to determine lessons learned for at least 7 knowledge areas. For instance, materials were ordered last for your individual assignment late and there were issues with the procurement manager – what could have been done to prevent this. The last individual assignment should focus on Project X and not on your team interactions. Submit the completed lessons learned document by 12/8.

I have provided a better template to use. Either template provided works, but the one I just updated will be a better template
