Instruction: Wearing non-medical face masks has been recommended by medical professionals to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Many stores now require masks for all customers. However, some people believe that making mask-wearing mandatory infringes on personal freedoms. It is appropriate for the state to infringes on the freedoms of the individuals to protect the group? Or is this an overstep of power?
