Information can be anything that people can use. This sentence you are reading right now is information.

Intelligence can be defined as information. For example the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) collects and manages intelligence (information) for decision makers. But we also use the term intelligence to refer to people who have a lot of knowledge, or a great ability to learn and retain knowledge.
