Week 4 Discussion in Video Presentation

A change agent is a leader who inspires others to make changes in the organization by defining, supporting, and having the courage to do what is best for the particular setting. Being an effective leader who successfully implements change in an organization can be challenging; it requires respecting one another’s ideas and values.

For this discussion, imagine you are selected from a pool of applicants to participate in a distinguished conference on leadership strategies in higher education. At the conference, you will present a visual compilation of your research and findings on the topic you have selected for the Article Review and Analysis Review assignments in this course as they relate to leadership and change agency.

For this imaginary conference (and for this discussion forum), create a video presentation no more than 5 minutes in length that includes the following main elements:

• Describe and assess three leadership and motivational themes relating to your topic.
• Support and illustrate your thinking on the materials you present by describing your experience relating to ways that leadership and motivational traits are represented in higher education.
