What characteristics are most attractive when looking for a pot

I have the annotated bibliography already written out with the sources you can pick from. It has to be APA format which includes the introduction, methodology section, results section, and discussion section. I have all the results and data interpreted all I need is for the paper to be written. No page requirement if you can get it done in 12 so be it.
