WHO constitution/Global Health Promotion

The constitution of the WHO states that “the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being.” Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not? What is the standard? Is the standard of health the same worldwide? What do you think are the basic types of health care that every human should have access to?
