• Identify at least five semiotic systems and discuss their design features (maximum 250 words)
• Create a multimodal text – this must be the first three pages of an original narrative picture book (no specified word count).
• Provide a detailed analysis of how the semiotic systems in your multimodal text interact to construct meaning through the process of intersemiosis (O’Halloran 2008). Evaluate your text and explain how it might be developed and/or improved. (1000 words).
