Paper #2 15% (Min. 4 Pages, Max 5 Pages): Students must write a paper demonstrating their knowledge of epistemology. Papers must be done in accordance with 1 of the prompts on Canvas. Papers must follow the “Philosophy Paper Guidelines” reading posted on canvas. Must follow MLA format, 12-point font, double-spaced, with citations (if used), with works cited page (if you cited material).

Suppose you live in a society in which everyone believes that the earth stands still, with the sun, and the moon, and the stars revolving around it. You object, “You’re all wrong: The earth revolves around the sun.” No one agrees with you. Indeed, they think you’re insane because anyone can feel that the earth doesn’t move at all yet you can see the sun, the moon, and the stars all move. Who’s right? Is it really possible that you alone know the truth and everyone else is wrong.
