Research paper on Addiction overall

I am looking for a person with creativity and passion for writing, someone who can use the resources well and also add their own thoughts/ ideas. A person with great critical thinking skills and so forth. In addition, I want the work to be plagiarism-free. Also, I already have a document with some outlined ideas although it’s not complete. Upon this, I would like my paper to sound professional but realistic. I will upload the document with my outline and I wish whoever is writing my research paper that they follow my outline clearly and use what. I already have. In addition, I will share the outline my professor provided for us to use and it includes the number of resources and the specific types of resources that my professor is looking for. As well as some sources that she gave to help with the research process but you can also use any credible/ accurate researches. I have a very specific request that I hope can be met. I don’t wish to put pressure on whoever is writing this paper because I appreciate you for doing this for me. However, I want a really good grade an A or even an A+ but an A is perfectly fine.
