Professional Association Meeting Reflection

Identify a professional association or a health policy-related event and attend an association meeting or the health policy-related event. This can include a meeting of your hospital’s medical board, your town’s board meeting. While at the meeting/event, observe and note the form of governance/leadership used, the issues discussed, and how priorities are established. Following attendance write a reflection on the experience at the meeting or event in approximately 500-750 words. Submit the professional association assignment reflection as a Word document attachment to the Professional Association Assignment submission area in HuskyCT by the due date. The assignment is also to be shared with the class on the Discussion Board.
