Compare John Stuart Mill’s view

Hi, I am overwhelmed with assignments. I have to do 2 other research papers that are 15+ pages so I want to get this one out of the way. This is an economic research paper and the question is: ″Compare John Stuart Mill’s view {Mill’s Principles of Political Economy (1848)} on the role of government in social reforms and taxation to modern day United States. Are they the same or different?″ It needs to be 7-8 pages, double spaced, times new roman font and size 12 font. I need 4 references, a cover page and it could be written in APA or MLA citation. I don’t usually use a lot of sophisticated words but you can throw in some haha. Thank you so much.
