SUMMARY PAPER CONTENT

Throughout the course, you should have developed your perspectives on the various dimensions of organizational behavior. The key topic for the paper is Effectively Managing Organizations. You must have a very succinct thesis statement, a solid introduction and conclusion/summary section. Remember your references should be listed per APA formatting/style on a separate page at the end of your paper.

Part I: In developing a focus for your paper, you must incorporate three (3) of the following dimensions of organizational behavior:

1. Managing diversity.

6. Making Decisions.

2. Managing across cultures.

7. Building effective teams.

3. Motivating.

8. Managing conflict and negotiating.

4. Improving job performance.

9. Managing change and stress.

5. Communication effectively.

Part II: Your personal reflections

Discuss your overall learning experiences from this module.
Address how your understanding of organizational behavior has evolved from the start of the module.
Identify three (3) points or issues that challenged you the most.

Include at least five (5) additional outside sources. Your textbook may be used, but may not be counted toward your outside sources.

FORMATTING THE SUMMARY PAPER

This paper must be submitted in essay style, 8 to 10 double spaced pages in length, and formatted according to APA style, as outlined in A Writer’s Reference (6th Edition).
Must include a cover page that includes the following:
Running Head: (Followed by your title in all caps)
Your name
Module name and number
Name/Title of paper (Effectively Managing Organizations)
Instructor’s name
Date submitted
Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.
The body of the paper must include the assignment content listed above including person reflection and critical analysis in each area.
The paper must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.
The final page must contain Reference list that is completed according to APA style, as outlined in A Writers’ Reference (6th Edition).
