Overview and Instructions

2. Each person must debate pending laws chosen weekly and describe your major arguments and the facts supporting each argument. A bibliography of sources used should also be included.

3. Read the law and debate your stance on the law as a plaintiff (for the employee) or Defendant (for the employer).

Expands the definition of “”employer””, for purposes of civil rights enforcement, to include any person employing one or more persons within the state. (Current law defines “”employer”” to include any person employing six or more persons within the state.)
