Beverage Marketing Plan
Each student will submit an original beverage marketing plan for a current or created beverage.
Requirements:
- A cover page
- A minimum of a 3-5 page (double spaced), 12inch font, 1 inch margin paper. You will be describing the created beverage or an analysis of a current beverage. Remember, this can either be your own concept or a one that exists. If it is a real concept, include the website link (if available), printed documentation about it and etc. so that it can be distinguished how your marketing plan is different. If using your own idea, create a brand image along with detailed descriptions the product and how it can become competitive.
Then:
- Create a complete beverage marketing plan, with SWOT analysis (be specific of internal and external), including all aspects discussed in class and in the text- include issues with each tier.
- Create a complete analysis and answer the 4 P’s and 4 C’s of marketing- not bullet points, you must discuss. Also, include how each tier would be part of the 4 Ps.
- Write a conclusion describing why you chose this beverage and why you are targeting who you are targeting (IE. Target market, segmentation, etc). Describe your reasoning and expectations in detail (be specific) and how you will know if your marketing plan is a success or not.
