Personal statement in Finance field

I drafted a personal statement and finished most. But I am not a native spearker in English , so the writer need to help me edit the PS in native writer. This is a PS I need to apply for PHD in finance. The most important two logistic point is the reason to read PHD and why I am competent for this program via past experience.
