The thesis of the paper should be how that actor impacts international politics. What forms of power does it exercise? What makes it relevant? How does it interact with other structures of global governance? Make an argument using course material!
Review the history/origins of the actor, its structure and current relevance.
How might this actor evolve in the future? What additional pressing questions should future research examine?
